		<description>Thanks Barbara - please do let me know how it goes.  I&#039;m sure, like me, you&#039;ll be tasting some straight away!  My remark about drinking &quot;after a couple of months&quot; might be a little overboard, but the cordial will mellow after some time in the bottle.  

Part of the fun for me is tweaking the recipe over time.  So if it&#039;s not quite how your Aunt&#039;s cordial used to taste, make and record some changes to the recipe the next time you try it. :-)</description>
