		<description>Thanks Barbara - please do let me know how it goes.  I'm sure, like me, you'll be tasting some straight away!  My remark about drinking "after a couple of months" might be a little overboard, but the cordial will mellow after some time in the bottle.  

Part of the fun for me is tweaking the recipe over time.  So if it's not quite how your Aunt's cordial used to taste, make and record some changes to the recipe the next time you try it. :-)</description>
